We are very happy with the bathroom renovations that you and your staff have recently completed for us.

The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. The sales staff is patient and courteous. They assisted in developing a plan that fit our budget by offering alternatives and revised costs every step of the way. We were also kept informed of the project status before during and post construction and were able to accommodate changes to the scope.
We would also like to commend the trades people especially Chuck. Chuck is a true professional. He was skilled in every aspect of the project and did not hesitate to contact someone where he required assistance. He was prompt, courteous and respected our home. Chuck would listen to any questions we had and provided explanations as needed. The job sight was kept organized, cleaning up at the end of each day.

We will certainly recommend your company to friends and family considering home renovations.

We were extremely happy with the entire process from choosing the fixtures and overall design of the bathroom. Sylvia put together several choices within our agreed upon price range. The presentation aspect was very professional as was the proposed work to be done – very detailed and precise so we knew exactly what we were getting. Chuck’s attention to detail was superb! He kept us well informed during the entire process and what he was doing and what still had to be done. I can’t wait for our next project!
